Momo’s introduces ionizing air units retrofitted to the restaurant duct network set to purify the building’s air-flow, reducing the amount of viruses and bacteria in suspension in the air by 95%.
The new technology developed by Klima-Therm has the ability to purify the air circulating within the venue by targeting airborne particles such as viruses, bacteria, mould spores that may be in suspension in the environment. Purified air plays a critical role in preventing the spread of COVID-19.
Full and thorough training of all employees on essential hygiene and respiratory etiquette, physical distancing and appropriate risks associated with operating in a covid-safe workplace.
The restaurants have been adapted to facilitate safe and physical distancing for both staff and customers including limiting the number of staff attending to the table through the duration of the meal.
We ask you to refrain from visiting our restaurants if you are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19, we will be taking customer temperatures at point of entry, (via a contactless scanner), and may be obliged to refuse entry.
Keep correct social distancing and follow the queuing markers.
Mandatory daily staff briefing and hand washing at least every thirty minutes.
Leaving customer tables vacant for five minutes after customers leave so that the full area can be disinfected and reset prior to the next arriving.
We ask that you sanitize your hands when entering the premises using the facilities provided.
Walk-in guests are asked to register their details via the smartphone application “Walk-up”, such details are collected in order to maintain records of staff, customers and visitors on our premises to support NHS Test and Trace.
Momo is currently not accepting bookings for parties larger than 6 guests and no later than 20.30 pm.
Please follow our bathroom protocols when in the restaurant. Conducting a health assessment including a temperature check for all employees prior to every service and isolating any staff member showing symptoms.
